According to a stylist in In Style Weddings, "Almost every bride wants longer hair for her wedding . . ."
I don't think that is necessarily true. Last summer, I donated a healthy size ponytail to Locks of Love and I received MUCH love from brides who intended to rock a short hairstyle on their special day.
The questions that many have are, "What hair style works best with a wedding gown?" and "What veil options are available for brides with short hair?"
My answer. Any hair style you want!
And you will be happy to find that there are a host of veil options available. My favorites are the vintage birdcage veils that are very hot right now, but the options are endless.
This hat is so fun, and I love how the bride is working it on her short natural haircut.
Not all veils have to be white. This "peacock" inspired veil makes this bride look very glamorous. (Photo: Etsy.com)
I love this bride's spiky short haircut. When you can wear a haircut like this, there is no need to cover it with a veil. (Photo: Your Best Wedding)

I am a big "Billie Holiday" fan, so I love the flower in this lady's naturally curly hair. (Photo: Brides.com)

So, what do you think? What do you recommend for brides with short hair?
